1. Purpose — These terms govern membership of sabaggin.com and the International Multi EXPO (IME) website operated by Sabaggin Co., Ltd. ("the Company"). 2. Membership — Membership is formed when an applicant agrees to these terms and the privacy consent and the Company accepts the application. Member IDs are shared with 313.kr, also operated by the Company. 3. Refusal — The Company may refuse or terminate membership for applications using another person's identity or documents, false information or forged documents. 4. Member duties — Members are responsible for their ID and password and must not misuse the service or violate applicable laws. 5. Service — The Company provides exhibition registration, event information and notices, and may suspend the service for maintenance or force majeure. 6. Withdrawal — Members may request withdrawal at any time. 7. Jurisdiction — Disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location. Effective from November 1, 2026.

Sabaggin Co., Ltd. collects and uses personal information for membership as follows. · Items — ID, password; for exhibitors: company names, representative name, email and phone, bank account copy, industry, product categories and optional company details; for individuals: name, email, phone. · Purpose — sign-in, exhibition registration and review, booth allocation, fee settlement and refunds, event notices. · Retention — until withdrawal. Submitted documents are stored encrypted and deleted one year after the event. · You may refuse consent, but registration requires the required items.
